Okay, I know a lot of you have bikes. I have geico cycleguard insurance on my '03 FLTRI Road Glide. They just raised my rates from $385 to $425. I called and asked them why and they said they had to re-evaluate the rates for CA due to uninsured motorists, medical costs, thefts, etc! No other reasons other than "because we can"! I'm pissed and looking for a new company.
Who has the best rates on Harley insurance?

425 is not bad, I paid 1100 a year for mine.....
but then again it wasnt a harley, had a big ass motor and cost twice as much.... now year two was on 650...
This seems to be the new trend in insurance, because we can

I just switched everything (house, 4 cars, Harley) from State Farm to AAA. Now I'm saving over $275 a month, and even lowered all my decuctibles to $100. For my '03 Road King, I'm paying $385/year thru AAA.

That seemed low on the bike. I looked mine up as it just renewed 100k-300k on lib. 5k med. 100 & 250 on the deductibles. It's $616 year. Thats with AAA also. :yuk:

Thanks for the leads. I'll shop around and see what i can do. I need to switch my work truck too. I have my company stickers and logo all over it and they charge me up the wazoo for insurance on that.

I use AAA, and mine is $285 for the Heritage. That is also include replacement value (since it is not anywhere near stock). I also get discounts for Home, and multi-vehicle..... :p

I just double checked mine, I screwed up, but not by much ! I'm paying $405 a year for my '02 FLHRCI, and my deducs are only $100. I do get a discount for having my homeowners ins with them too though.
