I know it is for RVs/trailers. But this seems a little more permanent. Is there a difference?

Easy, you restless natives, I just got back online! :)
No, the spot is not inlcuded. There is a waiting list for seasonal spots. If you are not in the park yet it may be a while b4 you get in. They just displaced people for new park models and those folks have priority over newcomers. You can call the office @ 928 680 2000 for more info.
The C-Horse & Comber might be easier to get into this coming season?
Thor,
You can wheel this in every 6 months if you want- I happen to have an annual spot. The coach does have wheels and a tongue (that is disconnected). There are no holding tanks, so it is design for mobil parks. The islander has daily, monthly, summer or winter, or annual spots. The latter being more difficult to get. If you have a motorhome, toy hauler or travel trailer you can stay there for a weekend or daily.
HD,
Spots range from $380-600 a month depending on location. They usually go up about 25-50 bucks a season. I guess its the price you have to pay to be on the island?
Hope that covers all the ?'s
