I used to go sturgeon fishing on the columbia river below Bonneville dam. I have see some big fish caught from there!
Smoke that bad boy. They taste great that way.

Put a little mayo on it with some lemon pepper and bake it. That's pretty easy.

I've heard the meat is tasty but, I wouldn't know.
It's all catch and release up here in the Snake river.

Any other good quick recipes??????
Buy yourself a bottle of Wishbone Italian dressing.
Soak fish in milk for 1hr.
Marinate fish in Wishbone for 1-2 hours.
BBQ appx. 5 minutes on each side pending on thickness of filet.
