So it looks like Honda is going to throw their hat into the pickup truck ring.

looks kinda strange at first............
but then think about what it might look like lifted with some big rubber shoes....could be cool.
They should've developed the V8 first, then built a truck around it. That V6 is not gonna be worth a shiat IMO.
Definitely got a piece of the avalanche in there doesn't it.

It's probably just me, but I'll stick to building my own as long as I can... Besides, they're paid for :D Most vehicles these days just look like a remix of something else anyways

Big tires can only go so far... If it was only big tires, there would be more of these running around!!! :D :D :D

That is pretty ugly....not sure which market or demographic they were going for, but I doubt I will see many at the launch ramp, and if I do I bet their vessels will pass the noise law limits..

Nissan's first full size truck and pathfinder has a 9000lb towing capacity.
That's respectable. But 5000lb towing capacity, why even build it? :D

Nissan's is a 5.6 liter V8 with 305hp and 379ft pounds of torque too. And actually has 9500lb towing capacity ;) :D

No thanks. I saw it at the LA Auto Show and it was the ugliest thing there. The color was lime green.

Sorry but thier is no way in hell they could even begin to compete in the full size truck market aganist the big three imo. Wheather your a Ford Chevy or Dodge guy the 3 domestic kicks some major ass when it comes to full size trucks. For sheer size, torqe, horsepower, and looks you cant beat the USA trucks and by USA I dont mean Toyota just cause thier built here! Oh yeah Ford will always be the #1 truck leader, sorry but that's just how it is :D

this is a quote from a good friend of mine evry high up with GM
Yes. I saw it at the LA show, however, I believe it's still 1 - 2 years
away. Looks like an Avalanche up close without the mid-gate.

That just goes to show which company actually talked to real customers before they defined the product.
I used to be a huge Honda fan (motorcycles specifically, Interceptors to be really specific), but they haven't shown me much recently. Smaller, more progressive companies like Nissan and Yamaha are building much more exciting product than Honda these days.

Ford and Chevy don't make squat off their car lines - especially their small cars. Virtually all their profits are off trucks and SUVs.
So, they kick ass because they are very focused on those products.

What a POS. This thing would be completely worthless if it wasn't for the hide-a-way beer cooler. Too stinkin ugly
