I will see guys around the show....since I am meeting 8-10 friends not on the board and I have to be out of there by 4ish....I am getting there around 11am and trying to get through as much as I can given I will be going through with a group of 12...that's tough enough without having to get them all to the same place at noon. :cool:

Same place as last year, DCB. The plan this year is to actually look at boats cuz last year we found the group at DCB and spent the rest of the afternoon b/s ing and meeting new peeps.
Advice, get there early and DONT go near the DCB booth until you are done looking at boats.
BTW, if you load the cooler in the car it has been proven that you can bring in 2 beers in a plastic cup and j-rod had 5 more in his pockets. No need to stand in a 10 min line for a 6$ beer. If I could figure out how to smuggle in a soft sided cooler I'd be set.

I am going to be out in Havasu Thurs-Sunday getting the house ready to sell. Being off work with the bum back is forcing some serious cut backs. I will be at the show a couple of times during the week though, what other days are you going to be there? I will definately be checking out your new boat. The pictures you sent me look great, and they sure are getting some good write ups on that boat in the mags.

Take the 5 to the 10 West. Once you get towards downtown, you could probably go up to the 110 and take it North for like a mile or two. You'll see the Convention Center and Staples Center to the right off the freeway. I believe you exit like 9th or 11th St. You'll have to swoop around and drive in front of Staples and the front of the Convention Center.
You can also exit off the 10. I believe at Grand or maybe one exit West of that(I think that's Figueroa, I may be wrong). You wanna exit just before you hit the 110 Fwy. This may be better because it will put you right at the parking structure you wanna be at anyways(the structure is on the South side of the boat show).
Whatever you do, don't take the 5 all the way up, you'll end up on the North side of downtown.
