Obviously our sever went down for a bit today. Thanks to non-English speaking tech support guy it was down for quite a bit longer than it had to be.
Me: I already re-booted the server
Guy: I am sending someone to boot the server now
Me: Listen I already did that. What I need is someone to go look at the screen.

New Guy: Yes
Me: Is it plugged in
