Has anyone ever weighed a Taylor SJ. Im curious about what they weigh.

Between 800 and 900 lbs.i bet thats about right when i had the engine out of my 73SJ i noticed it was crooked on the trailer so 3 of us tried to lift it up,,,,no way!!! was it moving with out a lift!

Have a Taylor brouchure on my Taylor LP and it says it weighs 950 bare hull. Even though the SJ is smaller, I wouldn't be surprised if it weighed about as much. We had a 78 SJ and it seemed like it weighed a lot. I don't know but it seemed like a heavier lay up than the LP... :confused:
