Here's my latest concoction. Tasty stuff fo sho...
- 3-4 anaheim (green chile) peppers
- couple pasillas
- 4-5 jalapenos
- 6-7 fresnos (red chiles)
- small head of garlic, or about 1/2-2/3 of a big one
- handful fresh cilantro
- 2 bags vine ripened baby tomotoes
- big squirt lime juice
- salt to taste
Chop it up, mix it, let it sit for a few hours, and bam, YUM!
If you want it mild, take all of the veins and seeds out of the peppers. If you want a good strong medium, leave about half in. If you want it smokin', leave all the seeds and veins in the peppers. Ouch!
:D
ps: Do not under any circumstances touch your face, eyes, or privates for at least 12 hours after making this sh!t. Doesn't matter how many times you wash your hands.
