Anybody's computer just shut down and restart by itself sometimes? WTF???
Happens all the time to me. Anyone got a remedy. I always get a message about sending an error report to Microsoft. It's always about my YPC module. What the hell is that????

I just happened for the first time today. Twice as a matter of fact. I just thought something was wrong with the lap top.
do you use Yahoo toolbar? If you do remove it. that program is from yahoo if i remember right. Just go to add/remove programs in the control panel and look to see what Yahoo software is installed.

dang, that was nice.
Is your ISP SBC/Yahoo?
Software that might have came with it was Yahoo Parental Controls. The executable is YPC.exe. I would start there.
This is the link I found:
YPC (http://login.yahoo.com/config/login?.done=http%3A%2F%2Fypc.yahoo.com%2Fedit%2Fin dex.html&.src=ypc)

Yea, I do have the parental controls on for my little one. What can I do to fix????
Mine crashes when my ram is blasted, usually while tooling in FrontPage.

Have you recently put any new software on and/or have you run any spyware removal programs. If you have the new program might be the one causing the problem. If not I would go to the add/remove programs and remove it and try to reinstall the program.
