What faceplate do you guys prefer?? The second one was in Bob teagues boat and DCB will soon have these with there logo on them? I have had numerous people ask me about these and I have offers by people to make them. So which one do you guys prefer and who is interested in getting a group together to have these built?

im thinking they also need to tool up some new trick Billet bases for the seats. Those glass bases look average at best. The 26ft bases are the best part on the entire boat.

I hope Rocky/3Do both feel the same way but if not... for me this is mostly just a joking atmosphere to hold a friendly shit talkin competition ... ...... I really like both of thier boats, and would be proud to own either boat....and pretty f-ing cool guys too... if some crap went down on the beach, i'd have either of thier backs guaranteed! (ya Im lil , but scrappy) ...... as far as options ... The DCB is quite loaded, but they offer a lil more on the bling/option page to those who wanna spend silly money on silly shit ...(just my opinion) .... not to mention the pricing on those options is usually negotiable ;)

I really like the first one. I was all set to order one from Wizard when they quit making em. I might end up getting one from Ron's Billet, I like their work too. I could live without it saying DCB (I'd rather it did, but I could live without it).

It did come off, but only after I had to have some metal shaved off due to it not fitting the headunit I went with. I like Ron's too, but IMO I would like to have my boats logo (dcb, schiada, carerra) milled into.....Wizard did mine, but I would like to have Ron recreate the one I had done by Wizard...ie: making it brand centric.....

See you answered your own question with your statement. The whole attidude that DCB is the boss and that's why people hate them..... I have nothing against DCB's it just funny watching all the DCB owners get their panties in a wad when you make fun of them. The reason you don't see other boat MFG gettin hated on is because they don't get all defensive we you call them out on something. Like the fact that you pay over $200K for a boat and they give you a cheap plastic $20 stereo cover but over charge you on their "Stage 2" stereo system. But as long as there is a market for people to over pay there will still be "The World Best" and "DCB Racing" with no supported race team or race boat?????

Sorry for the delay. I saw a sample of the mock up tonight. Magic34 has been very busy so he is playing catch up. We hope to have it finalized this week and we should have the covers ready to ship in 2 to 3 weeks.
These covers are going to be very sweet as thay are going to be 100% machined out of a solid block. Some of the covers being sold today are stamped out and then cnc'd.
Anyway just finalizing the design and we should be ready to get some $
arrangments in order.
I will let you know when that time comes.

Thats what i'm talking about!!As far as a cleaver,It will work, the difference is your running the prop at the surface and you can get alot more tail lift.I am also running a 230# water ballast tank just in case.You can all ways add trim tabs,they will fix it

I was told that they will take a standard stereo sleave. I will not have the Exact saze until next week. But Magic34 saw your post and will get us that info when he returns form vacation. He said a standard stereo deck sleave will fit perfect.

Pewter or Platinum...I thought they were the same....to be sure and exact, I had Deron at DCB anodize mine with a batch of stuff they were sending out...so it was a perfect match.
Also, feeling pretty good this am....Only had 1 or 2 margs and then switched to Coors Light....got to keep it real on a school night...Maybe next time you guys will make it...would have been cool to see you two.
