This thread is where you can chart your progress and then just keep editing your original post to add your updates or tickers. This way we won't have to read through several pages to see how eveyone is doing.
Here is mine. Goal Super model at 125

2/17/05 184.2 exactly the same as last week :mad:
2/22/05 183.4 still slow.
2/24/05 181.2 good week so far! :clover:

3/7/05 179.6 great weekend, brook into the 70's

2005.02.03 - 205 - I just came from the gym and I feel fantastic. :cool:
2005.02.06 - N/A - Just a post to say that I have a workshop that goes all weekend. *, **
2005.02.12 - 202 - LOVE going to the gym :)
2005.02.27 - 199 - Back to the gym after 8 days off. :)
2005.03.11 - 204 - Just came from the doctor
2005.03.29 - 206 - just came from the gym
2005.04.05 - 205 - Walked 15km and had a 90 minute workout
2005.04.08 - 207 - Another strength/cardio workout :)
2005.04.30 - 201 - Not working out seems to be the key for me. :D Had a glorious workout this day, though. :)
2005.08.24 - 198 - Hadn't checked all summer so it was a pleasant surprise
2005.10.17 - 196 - Biking every day hasn't hurt my weight
2005.10.31 - 193 - I'm trying to increase my caloric intake
* - I haven't been to the gym so I don't know my weight (don't own a scale)
** - Worked out at home

Cool deal. It was a tough call between all the flowers and baby stuff, but I had to settle on the Celtic rope. I love Celtic art/tattoo's.

Well I saw Michele (warlock25) this weekend and WOW! she is looking great. She mentioned that this post was here and I thought that I would check it out. Seems like everyone is doing great.
I have need to lose some weight and I think that having this group will help me keep to it.

Do I get to join in if I don't step on the scales?? :idea: (I do believe I threw that last bathroom scale out in the trash a while back :jawdrop: )
How about I measure by how my clothes fit...lol
I will have to make an effort to go borrow my neighbors scales to get a starting weight. I just know I wear a loose 13 or 33/36lenghth and I want to fit into a loose 9. :D

Awesome Everyone!!! Keep up the good work. As I posted on the original thread, I would playing along to. I have not been checking in, but I have been working on loosing (a goal of) 1 pound/week, with an ultimate goal of 230 by 10/14. I've read the slower you loose, the longer you can keep it off. That's why I chose my goals in such a way.

26 total pounds since the new year. Up until about two weeks ago, I've been doing it with diet alone (I say diet, but really I just changed my eating habits, which hasn't been easy, but I'm getting better at it). I have not added a fair amount of cardio now. I'm not bragging, just reporting. Hoping to keep myself motivated, and some of you others to.
I carry a fair amount of muscle mass, and would like to retain as much of that as I can. The main goal now though it fat and weight reduction. I can always build more muscle.

I have been trying since right after Xmas to no avail. I have been losing and regaining the same 3 pounds for 4 months. For some reason, I cannot lose any weight unless I go to the gym 4 times a week. 3 doesn't cut it. With college full time + work + ranch + family, I just couldn't find the extra time. Two weeks ago, I started going at 4:00 am, when they open. It sucks to get up at 3:30, but I'm getting used to it. But I HAVE to go to bed by 9. Otherwise, no amount of caffiene can keep me from falling asleep at the wheel. I have also really worked on controlling my sugar intake. (My name's Angie and I'm a chocoholic)
Glad to hear everyone else is doing so well!

Gonna start broadcasting my progress, I Tried to start after New Years, but it seems that I've had company from out of state every other week till April. Getting really serious about it now!!! Started at 255, gonna make 195 by 4th of July.
