Migirl,
The funny thing the guy who bought that one order another one for his house in Florida. So he'll have one in Nor Cal and one in FL..... I hope he takes the 80's back to Florida and gives it to Crocket and Tubbs.... Hell maybe he's getting ahead on things since styles come back around....
No Yell Leader here my friend.... Just trying to balance the Kool Aid cups.....

Dont do it Deano. Let the homos have their own fun with the oil and speedos. Just stay on your side of the sandbar and you'll be okay.

NO THAT IS NOT MY BOAT!!! I saw pictures of the boat when it popped out of the mold and I was thinking to myself "the owner must love Miami Vice." :hammerhea :2purples: The other problem is that the next 3 that are coming out of the mold are no better. :( The next one, from what I understand, is a solid mustard yellow. No other graphics other than yellow with yellow interior. After that, it is very basic graphics, none of which I am told are impressive.
I might build one of these, not sure. I have other things going on right now that are bigger and possibly much better. A lot will have to do with selling my current boat to step into one of these. I can not bank roll two boats right now. If I can get rid of it soon, I will probably get one of the 32's, but if not, I will wait and get something else. A lot will also have to do with how the boat rides. I need to make sure that the boat is stable at high speeds. If I do build the 32, I am going to go with twin 572's and Max Machine Worx drives. I want to say that it is the next one, but maybe this one, is getting dual 1k h.p. motors in it. I will have to drive one before I ever throw down some cash! If it rides like shit out of the gate, forget it!

Haha. You are funny focker! http://www.theinsideline.net/forum/images/smilies/loser.gif http://www.theinsideline.net/forum/images/smilies/flipa.gif Just because your boat needs tabs to keep from acting like a dolphin, doesn't mean that I will SETTLE for a boat that you need tabs on. Besides, on cats, you usually don't use trim tabs. Tunnel, maybe, but not trim.

Not yet. The first one should be on the water in about 3 months. The customer has changed his mind quite a few times on engines and options. I know it just came back from the interior shop. Once that is done, it should be good to go. Still not sure about motors. I think they are talking about twin 600sci's (Mercury's 600?) on boxes. It will be interesting.

Yeah, if the company is robbing Peter to pay Paul. I am a stong believer in, if you have done nothing to cost the company money then why can't the company give you your money back? Other then you changed your mind and now they are a $1,000 buck richer. I hate to generalize here but every boat builder in the 909 SUCKS!
East Coast and in the 619! AZ has couple of builders that are good or at least one.....

if its non-refundable,thats why im kinda not getting into this,i dont have enough facts, ive never dealt with carrera, they maybe be the best as far as i know.I just know they have called a bunch trying to get the 1k back,no luck so far....i would thinks its refundable as soon as they take another deposit on that particular boat, which i dont think was very far along, hell i dont know.I will see them this weekend in their CONQUEST though,I wll ask,,,see yaaaaaaa

Ha Ha, I am the only guy that is going to think this is funny but. What if you did have a pile airbrushed on the deck, you know so it looked totally real. Then when somebody hops up on your deck to take a look at the boat you yell "watch out for that pile some dog left" and watch the people scramble.
