Let's go to Mexico
Enter Mexico illegally. Never mind immigration quotas, visas, international law, or any of that nonsense.
Once there, demand that the local government provide free medical care for you and your entire family.
Demand bilingual nurses and doctors.
Demand free bilingual local government forms, bulletins, etc.
Procreate abundantly.
Deflect any criticism of this allegedly irresponsible reproductive behavior with, "It is a cultural United States thing. You would not understand, pal."
Keep your American identity strong.
Fly Old Glory from your rooftop, or proudly display it in your front window or, on your car bumper.
Speak only English at home and in public and insist that your children do likewise.
Demand classes on American culture in the Mexican school system.
Demand a local Mexican driver license. This will afford other legal rights and will go far to legitimize your unauthorized, illegal, presence in Mexico.
Insist that local Mexican law enforcement teach English to all its officers.
Good luck! You'll be demanding for the rest of time or soon dead. Because it will never happen. It will not happen in Mexico or any other country in the world... Except right here... Land of the naive.

If you did that in Mexico that would slap your ass in jail so quick. Plus I'm not so sure I'd want to receive an education or medical care from Mexico. On top of that I like how if you want to buy property in Mexico they have Mexican citizen prices and than Aerican price.
Basically it's BS!

Imagine how the native indians feel!
You know I've heard that alot over the years, and I'm part (granted a small part) native american aka Enjun... ;)
Realistically though, we've been more then good to the Indians after all was said and done. Even with the tragedies here and there on the reservations.
Can you think of any other race that was conquered and then spared throughout history? Any other circumstance where they setup reservations, and still let them have small peaces of sovereign land? When we look at some of the atrocities our govt has done to the indians over the years it's pretty easy to judge.. But in the larger scope of what usually happens to a conquered nation.... not so bad.

Britain Proposes Tighter Immigration Policy; Foreigners Applying for Visas Would Be Fingerprinted
Britain's Home Secretary Charles Clarke arrives at the Houses of Parliament to deliver a statement on a five year plan for immigration in London, on Monday Feb. 7, 2005. The British government proposed tighter immigration controls and said only skilled workers who speak English would be allowed to settled in Britain permanently. By ED JOHNSON, Associated Press Writer
LONDON -- The government Monday proposed tighter immigration controls and said only skilled workers who speak English would be allowed to settle in Britain permanently.
Home Secretary Charles Clarke said the government also would fingerprint all foreigners applying for visas to stop them from remaining in Britain once their permits expire.
The measures, which would not affect citizens of the European Union, are part of a Europe-wide drive to tackle illegal immigration _ an issue particularly sensitive for Prime Minister Tony Blair's government as it gears up for national elections expected in May.
"This country needs migration. Tourists, students and migrant workers make a vital contribution to the U.K. economy. But we need to ensure that we let in migrants with the skills and talents to benefit Britain, while stopping those trying to abuse our hospitality and place a burden on our society," Clarke said.
Announcing a five-year plan for immigration and asylum to the House of Commons, Clarke said the government would introduce a points system _ already in place in Australia and Canada _ favoring those with sought-after skills, such as doctors and engineers.
The government will limit the number of dependents who can join a migrant worker in Britain and scrap the automatic right to permanent residency for people who have lived in Britain for four years.
Under the proposals, only skilled workers who can support themselves financially can apply to stay permanently. They must have lived in Britain for five years and be able to speak and write in the English language.
The European Union justice and interior ministers hope to agree on common immigration and asylum rules by 2010. The EU policy is aimed at cracking down on illegal immigration and boosting the number of skilled immigrants.
The EU may end up creating common legal migration standards, including rules for rejecting asylum seekers, and introducing a U.S.-style green card system aimed at attracting sought after workers.
Governments across Europe are debating the issue. In France, Interior Minister Dominique de Villepin has proposed creating an immigration police force stop illegal immigrants from entering France.
A new immigration law took effect in Germany last month designed to encourage more highly qualified immigrants. Newcomers are obliged to take government-funded German-language and civics courses, or risk losing state benefits.
Denmark tightened its immigration laws in 2002 and raised the age threshold from 18 to 24 for immigrants to bring a spouse into the country.
Immigration and asylum is politically sensitive in Britain. Asylum applications rose to record levels in 2002, and Blair has fought hard to get control of the issue.
The government has introduced tighter border controls, worked with France to close a refugee camp used by asylum seekers as a staging post to enter Britain illegally and has speeded up the pace of processing and returning failed asylum seekers. It has cracked down on sham marriages and bogus universities offering fake courses.
But the opposition Conservative Party claims that problems continue unchecked and last month pledged to cap the number of immigrants if they are elected to power. The party also promised to pull Britain out of the 1951 U.N. Refugee Convention, which obliges countries to take in asylum seekers based on need, regardless of numbers.
The government's five-year plan is seen as a bid to outmaneuver the Conservatives and appear tough on the issue.

British Colombia is in Canada sweetheart.
The British leased the Hong Kong/Kowloon area for 50 years. It was by choice. The Chinese needed the money.
Jeffrey and I go to Hong Kong every year. His family lives there. 98% of the people speak English. It's not because it was demanded. The British owned the land for sometime and spoke their native tongue. ;) Because of the British Hong Kong would not be the super power it is today.
As for the start of the thread "Ditto."

As much as I disapprove of the amount of immigrants that are here from Mexico illegally I see your comment how to a put this nicely. LAME.
I went prep school out there for 3 years. When I took the placement test I scored low. My grade point average was 3.7 here in the states. I had to be put back 2 years and take summer classes to catch up. Their education is far more superior then the US. Mind you I went to PREP SCHOOL there. Not Public.
A lot of the foreigners we get from there are the people who couldn't make it because of the strict laws out there. They have security at the Gigante armed with machine guns in army get up.
I will agree that the medical practices can be quite hairy. The reason why Mexico is suppressed is because the US needs a third world enterprise close enough so we can get cheap labor. However times are changing. Mexico is now in competition with China.
