Hi guys, if anyone out there is renting hotel rooms you should definitely check this out instead. Our home is immaculately well cared for, fully furnished and has lots of boat parking. It has outstanding lake views, 2 large private full master bedrooms and an enclosed Arizona room with a queen Lane sleeper sofa. $110 night/ $550 Wk / $1,000 Mo. We would be open to discussing short term boat parking to avoid the dreaded tow. For Reservations:

Who says we have to wait until May???? If you are up for a local run, we should be taking that bad boy out locally by the middle of next month.:D We were on the lake by the 3rd week of March last year and it was nice. Water was just a little chilly. But it was cool just to go out and kick it and have a few coldies in the sun.

If you are up for a local run, we should be taking that bad boy out locally by the middle of next month.:D We were on the lake by the 3rd week of March last year and it was nice. Water was just a little chilly. But it was cool just to go out and kick it and have a few coldies in the sun.
I am always down, just let me know!!! I might be going out to Havasu this weekend....and definitly Pres weekend...so beleive me I am not waiting either....I just really miss my bathing suits!!! :(

To all who might be interested!
This is a very nice place! I've seen it and they painted it inside and out and is well furnished! This will be a great summer home for anyone who wants to rent for the summer but not have to worry about year around payments. It has a full unobstructed view from the back which you can enjoy the evening sunsets! It's about 10 minutes from the ramp as well.
If your interested, you should check it out!!!

If you look up, it says LOTS of boat parking. I would assume that it could accomodate a big boat.

In the back of the house along the left side you can park 2 or 3 Large 40ft boats with room to spare. The boat parking is off the street. If you need a flyer PM me.

It is straight up Industrial to Empress then make a right turn to Posidion. It is under 10 minutes to Windor Beach Ramp.
