Both are manufatured in the same building I believe. The vortech really made the boat come to life and the customer service from them is excellent.

I don't know why this thing is still forsale. Then again, I don't know why I'm selling it because I can't afford something with twins. I pay $575 a year for insurance.
I'm headed up the weekend of the 15th for the absolute regatta/poker run. Have fun at the damn run :)

with what appears to be well over 500hp and an entrapment hull to boot..........how the hell is it that you're only paying $575/yr? Is it a 9 month lay-up plan or what??? That's incredible with today's cat insurance....

Your right, it is incredible. No lay-up. My brother and a few friends are with the same company. All around $600 a year.

I give the agent the angry inch every time I'm in town and she hooks me up with the cheap insurance. :rolleyes:

I'd be careful on what the coverage (read the policy) actually is. Prolly an ACV policy. The agents don't have a clue half the time and tell you its something its not. You know the saying, "If its too good to be true it usually isn't true".
