There are some low fat foods that don't suck, Barry. We have some low fat yogurt that tastes really good, although I find most of it so horrible as to be inedible. You might want to keep your eyes peeled for more low fat options.

I actually crave water now... I stopped drinking Soda & Coffee about a month ago, and starting eating better and going to the Gym at night.. I am feeling much better, and starting to shed the #'s... Should be at 265-275#'s by my Birthday in May... :cool:
