The dealers say the lift caused the driveshaft to fail (to short). I sent FT a PM to explain or give me some advice a few days ago and have not gotten any response. Don't want to bash anyone, but that should have been disclosed in the lift kit info or during installation (if true).

I'll know for sure when I take it to ORU. They should know whats going on if anybody does. It is the dealers that said it was to short. Hell, I don't know if it is or isn't yet. I'm just trying to find out.
Sara asked a dealer that she know and they said the same as mine (could be a ford stock answer.....??).

You might want to talk to Will at Larry Lilly Honda in Lancaster....he's the sales manager there and can help you with your decision. Anyway, it's great to hear you're thinking of getting back into riding.

Yeah Josh all done now. Had to grind away what lifted and reglass . While I was at it I went ahead and reglassed the whole floor and changed out some hardware. Turned out ok and it needed new carpet anyway. All went well with the start up. The boat is ready to get wet :D

Usually we go thru Cal city to the prison, then make a left about 1/2 mile. I'll get better details though for sure. I think we have some big shooter moho's so it shouldn't be that far off the pavement, you know how these wussies are afraid to hurt their big expensive toys! :D
I bet we do a run to Randsburgh on Sat and Sunday, the bar is the best. If we talk the girls into driving gas over, it's all good (not like you guys and your deisels need it though) ;)
