Is it a Hallett? It looks like one, but I can't tell for sure. I'm not an expert on boat hulls. I just have to go with whether it looks like mine. It pretty much does. :idea: Even if it's not, it's still a nice looking boat. I like the teak swim steps too. Wish mine had those.

Ms. Wood. I'll keep you in mind if and when I finally change out my teak steps for some billet ones. I'm gonna do it someday. I'll need to let my teak ones go somewhere. They are in great shape. Would look great on the Hallett.

The new boat is a 1985 Bahner 21'. It has good gel coat, and good interior, but I'm going to change the interior layout. Powered by a 454 and berkley jet. Not a Hallett, but just as good----Dont tell Hallett Dave!! :jawdrop: :jawdrop:

Rich-- loose stringer?? Where? This boat is solid, and it has FULL length stringers; unlike a certain orange boat. What is your boat make again? Some kind of Charger flex hull? :p :cool: :boxingguy

When Rich broke his boat, the thing would flex when we walked in it while doing repairs. It was rumored that it was a special design, called flex hull. I forget the whole joke, but it was funny. I should have stated it was an inside joke.

Whelp, I know its confusing because it breaks every time. But this was right before I met him. I had become freinds with Hallett Dave, and he called me over to look at a crack in Rich's boat. Alot of work and a two friendships later(scott too!!), we had the boat back on the water better than ever. Then he goes and blow's the motor. Jeez. Yes Rich your boat is faster than mine, but how many points is it worth when we have to tow your ass in.??? :jawdrop: :idea: :D :D
