I think this swap meet has the potential to grow and grow. I am glad I stayed around all day and got to meet a bunch of new people and gain some more knowledge. Thanks again to Jerry for the hospitality. :)
I have some videos but the camera was going in and out of focus, they are mostly of the SS-80 boat.

Yes, it was a little weird talking about whackers with them though. I just did a post in the bench racers for them. :D

Me too! I am glad to have just been able to hang around some of the greats that were there, like Jim Wilkes and Dave Rankins, just to soak up the knowledge they have was an awesome thing.

Ron Hill has alot of history too. I know he's an outboard guy but he's been into boat racing longer then I've been alive. It was cool to meet him and his son Chad.

oh yeah, I forgot him too. Dangit! He did have a bunch of info as well, he almost has me convinced to buy a SS prop, but I think I am going to stick with good old steel, it is damn tempting with the info he was giving.

It will be ready, but not ready for that big bad baron sprint, I will have to wait until I have the 429 to compete against that bad boy. Besides, the driver wears a lifeline, what does that tell you? ;)
My family actually had a good time, which is a good sign, cause that wasnt exactly a family type gathering. :D I cant wait for summer.

I think the only way to get ahold of them is go to the V-Drive gatherings, there is usually alot of old pics and mags when I go, but I dont think the people who own them want to part with them.
