Needles/Topoc property info

Interested in finding some property in or around the Needles area. Does any one have any contacts (realtors) or suggestions on locations (good or bad)? Would prefer a lot that we could build on at a later date but would also be open to the right finished property should it fit our needs.
I know there are lots of folks from the boards down in this area so someone has got to have an in somewhere. :D :idea:

We have our place in an area called river terraces directly across from needles. Moved down from bullhead 2 yrs ago. It's a great area with lots of devopment going on. E-mail (rc1123@pacbell.net)me so we can talk and i'll tell you what I know I also have a great realtor for the AZ side.

hey those are my rocks in that pic of moabi. I was there thurs, dropped 47 tons of 3/4 rock ,and not started on concrete for ramps yet. jack smith is still blocked and under construction. lot of improvements going on just slowed by the weather. will be nicer when all is done though. water is wayyyyy low in the river.

I heard that they were pouring the concrete offsite and moving them in pieces.
Any truth to that? Anybody hear if they're gonna be done anytime soon? It wont be long until they're jammed with people

According to "TY" at the store, the flex-concrete will be laid down as soon as the weather cooperates....then they will pour the 100' wide new ramp....and NO BUMPERS...!!!

No worries. Moabi according to the peeps in the office is "hoping to open for boat launching May 1." it was supposed to be April 1. I hope they pick up the pace cause from what I checked out this weekend May 1 could be pushin it.

ARE YOU F'N KIDDING? MAY 1ST!!!!!!!! I REALLY DONT WANT TO LAUNCH AT TOPOCK, I guess I'll be getting up early in the morning and launching. WHAT A BUMMER, The only good part might be that we'll have the river back to ourselves like it used to be.
Headin up there next weekend on thursday night. If the waters up enough maybe we'll hit the water but if not we'll just be takin the car out in the Dez.
