I finally got insurance on my tug today too!!!! Of course its alot easier to insure a 30 year jet old boat with an enclosed engine compartment.

Man, am I glad I don't have a newer boat!! That's more than my property taxes on my house! Obviously worth it to lots of people, but I can think of far better things to do with $200 a month than give it to insurance. I love my little old boat!!!

Ouch! Like I said, though, lots of people here have nice new big boats, it just depends on what your into. Your boat is beautiful, but I could never justify the expenditure.
BTW, I don't think I told you yet, that I love your new boat, but it is gorgeous. Congrats.

Thank you, for the nice words....
but you know everyone has there vices
example, I have a buddy who spends roughly 2k a month on nice meals for dinner only, Now I think that is stupid, but he says its worth every penny...Go figure.....

Exactly.
I'll have to come and check out your boat in person at the D-row family picnic, since we missed the boat show this year.

Yeah, I used to think a Bullet with big power would be a cheap insurance alternative if I ever got tired of paying....well there goes that idea....
Heck, its probably going to be too expensive to build a Schiada 21 RC for the river....
