The Bureau of Reclamation just released an updated prediction on Powell's water level this season. They are claiming Powell will come up 50' from this winter's low level of 3556', putting it around the 100' down mark. Powell is currently at 3561' but will continue to fall until April due to high water releases during the week.

This is as of 2/10/05 from the Arizona Game and Fish. I know there has been a butt load of rain since this.

This is good news and I can personally atest to larger amount than usual snow in the western rockies. Was skiing at Crested Butte a few weeks back, locals said it was the most snow they'd had in over 10 years.
