Not exactly sure of the year but this is an old Mandella Jet that has had from the ground up total restoration by MidNight Boat Wurks in Orange Grove Texas. Nate the owner of this project has really out done himself. This boat was picked up at a flea market for $150.00 and is now probably the sweetest jet on Lake Corpus Christi!

View from the back side is really different than any jet you are accustom to seeing!

We even used it on our JET FEST T-shirts! They turned out really cool!

And from these before pictures you can tell what kind of work went into this sweet ride?

During restoration when we removed the old rotten floor we found a tag that had been installed in the fiberglass of the boat floor during original manufacture from Mandella that stated "Custom Built for Amos Pasqualetti" and doing a search on the world wide web we located Amos's wife in Arizona whom is now in her late 70's to 80's whom sent me a photo of the boat back from their hay day with it! They called it the Purple Pumper!

This boat is such an amazing restoration that it should be in the Hot Boat Mag and we have been trying to get the editor interested in doing an article on it! Who knows someday maybe we may just see it in Hot Boat! A job well done by Nathan Hinze and MidNight Boat Wurks!!

It looks just like a flattie but with a jet pump out the back.
