Went to Berryessa last Wed.,nice day,couldn't believe how high the water was...

Did you launch at Putah?We were anchored under bridge,saw a white truck pulling a white cat(I think) go across bridge around 2,couldn't tell what kind of boat, looked like he was doing speed runs on east side of lake,had to leave before we could check it out...

I'm stupid... :confused: :hammerhea ,it was Thursday,was supposed to go Wed. but something came up at work,not quite as warm but still nice to get the boat wet...

We were at Pleasure Cove, drove to the bridge for a while, then the dam.

Yes, I camped there on Tuesday night, and some friends were there for 4 nights. Pleasure Cove reservations number is 707-966-9606.

My sister just gave up her place at pleasure cove . She had one of the nicest places there. My brotherinlaw was the one that bought and installed the fuel pumps there, just so we had a place close and cheap for us to buy fuel.(with my help :p ) That was with the help of BC Stocking (Bryant & Curtis Stocking,Chevron Fuel Dist.)Thanks to the state of Ca. they screwed that up for us. If all goes as planned they will have the whole lake screwed up by the year 2008, thats when all the resorts 50 yr. leases are up with the state. My Family has had a place at Berryessa Marina for the last 48 yrs.hopefully we can raise another generation up there without the state screwing it up.

I have a feeling that the reason it's been so quiet since the release of the final EIS that they will not be changing anything and we are all going to be screwed in reguards to Berryessa...
