Anyone remeber off hand which issue of Hotbat magazine had the article about a 21' Ultra openbow? I believe the owner of Ultra built it for himself. It was purple with orange on it. Had a blown and intercooled 598 I think. There as a 3 or 4 page spread I think.
I know, asking you guys to find a needle in a haystack.

That was a 22 Stealth with a blower motor taken out out of a 100mph Placecraft deck boat. I think it was a 572, and last I heard it was going into a new 23 deck. Sweet boat, lots of pics of it on the Ultra site. Just click on products, 22 Stealth and then click on more pictures.

Sorry to be off topic but what coating is that on the headers in the previous post? Does anyone have a picture of the jet hot red coating?
