I know they aren't on the road. Do they stick em in cars? Do they do paperwork or just stay home?

In the area I work, they put them in cars for the day. That way they can drive over to the fire station and hang out. :D

Why would they go to the firestation? All the firemen hog the barka-loungers! :D

As Kilr stated... nothing. I can only speak for the ones here, but there are not enough Traffic cars to stick them out in the field so they catch up on paper work, eat, surf the net and B.S. all day.
Tax dollars hard at work

I've never seen a motorcycle cop out in the rain. I have read a moto cop's post on Hot Boat when it's raining so I'm thinkin Kilrtoy is giving the straight scoop on this one.
I will say though if a cop has to get out of his car in the rain because of the way you are diving you will get the ticket 100% of the time. lol Don't ask how I know.

We park the bikes and grap a car. If there aren't enough to go around we double up. If you are backed up on paperwork you stay in the station and finish it up.
At least thats what we did before I retired last year....................

All LAPD motor officers drive to work in their own cars, go out in patrol cars to assist traffic cars with T/C's. Besides, they can't miss traffic court and the O/T it brings if they work PM shift.
At least that's what motors who work for a LA CITY do.

Rick, The meds must be working. It sounds like you are feeling better based on the quick shots you are giving out.
