T-Mobile is the only carier I have had. Rarely any dropouts and hardly any "Can you hear me now" stuff. I've been with them for 3 years now and have had nothing to steer me to another carrier.

I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I have had a T-Mobile company phone for years, no problems. I think there phones are the best.

Thanks for the feedback thus far.
Reason I ask, around here SE Pa, they have some very good National plans indeed.
However if you look at the National coverage map...it's sparse!
Now the sales rep tells me T-Mobil has 98% of Verizons National coverage. but I'm just not seeing that when I compare maps
I've been with Verizon past 6 years. Good service but the CS sucks.

NFG! in Havasu. I have to stand (outside) facing South, then hold phone up high......and then,..... I'm going Sprint ASAP, it works here, and in real cities too. It really will not work inside my house!

I have had no problems. Must be where I live. In the city.
Verizon sucks where I'm at. Then again, I don't live in a toilet.

Feedback...thanks.
T Mobile has taken posession of Cingular's old system in California and Nevada as of January 5 of this year. Their coverage is actually very good. I understand from industry magazines that they have a not so hot reputation for customer service. This seems to be supported by the churn rate (percentage of customers taking their business elsewhere on a monthly basis) that is the highest of any major carrier. (over 3%).
Just the facts (and a little insider whisper)...
