Just finished this design, it will fit a standard 6.5, notice the use of the existing hole patterns to mount the grill.
This is a concept speaker for yachts and people who want less custom look and feel.

Somewhere between $56 and $65 ea. Presently i am trying to get enough material to get a good price. China is really screwing up our metal cost, or at least thats what we keep hearing.
I know my cost goes up every buy.
How many are you looking for, and are you going to need a matching stereo enclosure. Just wondering beacuse we will have to design one for yah. These ones are the prototypes, since then i made another run at modifying them a bit to fit the MB Quart Marines and Alpines as replacement covers and also working with your standard 6.5's
Do me a favor and email holly@xaudiocovers.com and let her know your interest and we will get you handled.

I think this is the most effective design so far. Most of the "custom" designs dont really look that good IMO. This one loks good but also functions well and protects the speaker which is what a grill is suposed to do. Let me know what if you are going to produce these in a 6x9 I would definitely be interested.

Thank you for the kind words, We are planning on having the 6.9's done by the end of March (Prototype) we will also be able to offer additional patterns.
We will still carry the hot boat custom looking grills that mount with set screws and the original hardware.
Wait till you see our hidden hinge glove box.
