Posting pictures???

How do I go about posting pictures on this forum???

I use:
http://www.hotboatpics.com/
Click the 'Enter the Picture Gallery'
Register
Login (then got to)
My Gallery
Upload Photos
Click on thumbnail to open larger image
Right click and select properties
Highlight and copy the Address (URL)
Open a new message or quote and select the small yellow image icon under the [Font] [Size] [Color] fields
An insert field will appear with a default http:// in it. Delete that entry and paste the copied Address (URL) from the image.
It should look like the entry below:
http://www.hotboatpics.com/pics/data/500/6782DCP_0105-med.JPG
The software will add and to the beginning and the end of the http site file and it will appear in the body of your message
