ya well i should be out there around noon so if you need anny help just let me know 909 559-9988 and dont worry about only going 35 i go out there all the time and run along the dam about 85-90 and have no problems

Elsinore is closed because the creeks that supply it are contaminated from runoff. Canyon Lake has been closed for months for the sme reason. Perris doesn't get it's water from creeks as far as I know. All of it's water is from rain or the aquaduct. It's all reservoir. I'm sure it's open. No diapers in it this time of year.
