Thanks.
I tried to put it in for lower but wife wouldn't let me, I don't think she really wants to get rid of it :D But thanks for letting everyone else know :hammer2: :D
Blue Book, NADA, and Edmunds all put it at $22000 not including the $800 Roll-bar plus install and the $300 strut tower brace plus install, so I think it's a fair price to start.

How's it going Greg? How's the family and how's the re-build coming along? Gonna be ready be summer? We're in a slight re-arranging phase right now :D Carrie really wants a motorhome and Jeep or something she can cruise Glamis in while pregnant or with the little one. We're thinking the Mustang just isn't baby pratical.
Let me know when you're ready for that material, it's yours when you want it, no hurry.
Later,
Chris

That ride is a mommy ride! Nothing hotter than a mom cruising with a baby in the back of a convertible. C'mon, don't sell it............... :D
All jokes aside that looks very clean.

Hate to tell you this but 2004 GT mustang convertibles with automatic sell at the manheim auctions every week for anywhere from 18,500 to 20,000. you may need to drop your price down alittle. That is with approx. 10,000 miles. But that is stock not with your add ons.

You get what you pay for, you don't see pride of ownership for that kind of price. Just my .02
Nice Car, but not enough leg room for me.

I've said it before but that's right where Bluebook, NADA, and Edmunds put it. The car is in absolutely perfect condition, I like to keep my vehicles in better than new condition, especially the wife's car. Thanks for the help, I know you guys are just trying to help. Will leave it at this for now, who knows as the next nine months go it might start to get cheaper fast :D $21,000 for now.
Thanks,
Chris

If they give you $18,500 on trade, you are offering to sell at $18,500? Trade it in then, and save on the $18.5K portion of taxes. If your tax rate is 8%, then trading it in is saving you just under $1500. Compare that to selling it for $20k. No difference.
Now, if they are adding $$ to the new vehicle.... There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to buy the new vehicle at invoice, minus rebates. There are plenty of dealers doing no more than $100 over invoice.

If you notice.....I still have my bike, the boat, the truck.... the only thing that was kinda mine was the trailer....and why do I need a the trailer when we're gonna upgrade to a Moho.
Just think of it in business terms, we are re-allocating our resources.......re-tooling as it were....
Trialer -----> motorhome
Mustang ------> Xterra (room for kids and dog)
Quad------> Buggy????/New Quad????
Just wait till you get a pregnant wife at home...sucka.. :cry:

I am no Ford car fan but I have to admit this damn Mustang and been great, not one single problem. The only time it's been to the dealer was once to have the convertible top adjusted, one of the motors that raises and lowers the top was squeaking...they fixed it no problem. Only thing I can complain about is the re-sale value.....but I think that has more to do with the new model Mustang coming out. I wish my Chevy truck was this reliable. :yuk:
