If she gets to the water by Needles, by dropping a motor in it, will be just the way I bought it.
Brian
The rain pretty much killed my chances of making it.

Can you make them out of stainless? What is the (hole) center to (transom) center, distance? Are the bolt hole centers, on 2"? Please PM me with answers and prices for 50 pieces (in stainless only). Thank you in advance.

lol, I don't know. Yours are pretty fancy. I like how you went around the bolt holes. I can't do that even if I wanted to as my bolt holes are in a messed up location. I'm thinking that the original set up was more like 2.5" tall over 3" that's on there now. MIne don't look to be near as long either.
Stainless would be pretty bad ass. I bet they would be pretty spendy though.

Dave,
I thought all your holes were filled in the back?
Go with the 3in deal.

Nope, the original holes are still there. I was going to re-use the bearings. But when I sent them out to get re-annoed they tossed one in the wrong soultion (some type of acid) and it ate it up. So like I said I tried the bersron deal. I had to drill and tap an extra hole. But the slot is messing thing up for me. I didn't want big shims behind them.
The blocks I'm making are 3". All the backing plates are already done too. So I'm kinda stuck with this plan.
I got side tracked as my mill's been tied up doing some customers stuff. Don't want to piss off this repete customer by laggin on his shit because I'm working on my own stuff if ya can relate.
I should be able to get back on them next week. I made a slick jig for the rotory table that I'm dying to try out.
