well I woke up one morning and the smell of an ashtray on my desk liteally made me sick, so I was in town and bought those nicorette inhalers, and a shit load of jolly rancher candies. Just kept thinkin about the smell of that f uckin ashtray!.. and it's been a bout 5 days since I had a smoke..
