8:13 PM It is sadly and with deep regret that I must post this info.
James "Jimbo" Holman passed away this afternoon, after suffering an apparent heart attack.
Jimbo was midway thru his 2nd moto when he collapsed off of his bike. Attempts by the trackside EMT's, Paramedics, and Doctors at the Hospital were unsuccessful in bringing Jimbo back to us.
Jimbo was a former OTHG President, Race Director, and Sportsman of the Year.
His wife Sandy was not present at the race today, she was able to arrive at the Hospital to be with Jim.
The OTHG will post more details on the matter as they become available.
I had the pleasure and was very proud to have Jimbo as a friend.
GODSPEED Jimbo!
