I had Hydro Thunder on my Dreamcast years ago, pretty cool game. I recently found it for my Xbox too.
I've seen that PC game on Ebay too, but never seen it up close. Maybe one of those download places has a demo?

Does it have a part where you blow up the motor and spend the rest of the season sitting at the house drinking beer??? :D :D :D

just to piggy back on sleek.... does it have the part where you get a rock stuck in your newly rebuilt drive during the shop's test drive and destroys the new aluminum impeller and your wife just shakes her head and goes back to work? it would ad an element of realism!

Ya got it all wrong Sleekster. You sell off your kids toys and possibly some of the living room furniture, a major appliance or two, fix it, and go at it again.

That big rock was a "floater" right? Ye gads!

no, the big rock wasn't a "floater".... it is what destroyed the new impellor... scissors cut paper, paper covers rock, rock beats scissors and boat to a pulp! floaters usually go straight through...rock goes straight through the check book!

MY version costs $15000 up front, about $600 per hour to run, blows up after 4 hours, and casts a spell on me that forces me into the shop for the rest of the season, pisses off the wife, and all my friends, drains my bank account, nearly costs me my job, gets waterlogged, and is worthless before it's all over
I can't wait for this years game! :skull:

Every time I turn mine on to play, I savor EVERY minute, knowing that at any second, the whole machine could blow up! Then, after playing for about 15 minutes, I decide to come back in, because a day without breaking something is a successful day!!!! Stop while I am ahead!
