SPAM: Martinez Lake Place for Sale

I am selling my place at Martinez Lake. It's fully furnished, 2bd/1ba. It includes a sofa bed, 25" TV, Kegerrator, Covered Boat Parking (deep enough to fit my 21' boat and crew cab truck), Kitchen table is also a card table and bumper pool, newer carpet, etc... All the dishes, microwave, vcr, etc.. go with it. Has a walk in storage shed 7'x7'. Literally move in ready, just bring you boat and clothes and you are good to go. Anyone who has been there can vouch for how nice it is. Price is $30,000. If anyone is interested, let me know. I am really bummed that I have to sell it. Reason for the sale, I am buying another home in San Diego.

Martinez Lake is outside of Yuma AZ on the Colorado River.

The boat motor is being assembled this weekend. I am scheduled to bring the boat up next week to get everything taken care of....just in time for river season.

He has been trying to sub-divide and sell off parcels out there for over 15+ years. I talked to some locals who live there and the concensus is that nothing is going to happen for at least another 5 years, if not longer. The sewer, electrical, water, other infrastructure, etc... still needs to get approved, implemented, built, etc.. If you want to some more info, give me a call 619-246-1897.
