What part of Nebraska are you from? I have a bunch of family out there.

Sanger -jet, I know there are a few Iowa and Minn. jetters on the board, look up any threads pertaining to the Mississippi river runs . there will be one @ the beggining of july. great poeple good places to luanch and nice beaches/sandbars to hang out on the mighty misses.

my family is in omaha
twin runs an old beiser and mother runs a production boat.

I'm just in the process of relocating from Omaha to St. Louis. Most of the boating around Omaha occurs on the Missouri River, although not much of a jet-boat scene. Still a good time, plenty of fun folks. I'd be happy to give you the low-down on launches, places to check out, etc.

LOL!!!! I have family there. I was back there last Nov. for hunting season. I wouldn't call it BFE. Theres at least a wallmart there. :D
