Hey Guys, I usually just lurk but I heard a rumor that Sundance and another one of the bars are being taken out. I'm sure if anyone would know it would be you guys here.If this sad news it true when will this be happening? Thanks guys

Sundance has been ,, for the most part,, disfunctional for some years now.
The Roadrunner says it'll stay open despite the condos but that's BS to halt any Local grassroots movement from calling it a historic or significant landmark in an effort to save it- and it'll be gone too. The owner and his family have all but abandon the Roadrunner for a few years now. It's been run by faceless people and the Road Runner will vanish by smoke and mirrors.
Their are other floating style (not necessarily floating, but dockside) bars that may take up the slack.
Buckskin pizza has potential, not a whisky or tequila license yet,, but if the owners are smart,, that will change. It has great potential.
Del Rio can change. Owner needs to change his attitude.
Strong talk of getting Benders working closer to the river too.
The Engines at Bluewater need to remodel the campy dock's end 'Cantina in the Marina and make it fun, throw in some of the tighter than Whale pussy slots too.

Sundance was great in the 80's, but its hey day is long past...too bad.....We do Foxes probably 8/10 times before we hit RR....Foxes is just more my type of place....after hours, you can find the crew at the Blue Bar..

No Fox's and the dollars are staying: It's a BLM contract resort,, just the clientel may change from very good to very very bad former Roar Runner turds.
Plenty of um.
Maybe the excellent kitchen will open longer though.
The dollars stay, hopefully the 86'd rule too.

Im staying at foxes for the most part,if roadrunner goes it will be sad but thats the way it goes.it really is a gold mine if someone that knew what they were doing took it over it is packed year around.if i had the dough i would buy it build me a huge house on the water where the trailer is,rip out all the old shitty trailers and build nice house in there similar to the place next to foxes and add a row of storage units.hey mb boats looking sweet in the new ***boat mag :D

The owner has been looking to build condos for sometime now but there was a little hiccup in his deed which prevented him from doing so. I guess he found somebody as a partner in order to claim complete ownership of the land. These condos should go up quick. They're going to be nice too.
