I have a spot at Martinez, one row from Ari, "Lightning". All the Spots are on Month to month Leased Land. I just heard that John Guth has all his Approvals, and has plans to break ground on the Subdivision as soon as 1 year.Who knows..... So eventually the renters will have to buy the land... at what price we dont know yet.. :frown: If you dont buy, you will be responsible to move the trailer, Older Manufatured Home etc. on your own Buck.. If you do buy, you will most likely still need to tear down and build a new Manufatured home to County Guidelines.. They wont allow old trailers and Park Models to stay....
