I like to cook so I usually do. Big boy has to eat. ;) I cook a killer tri-tip and mushrooms. The one rule that I have is whoever cooks does not clean up.

Yeah, us too. If something is gonna get grilled, I do it. Outside with wood or charcoal(no gas grill yet :D ). Usually steaks, chicken, fajitas, shrimp, vegetables, you name it! Anything else and the wife does the cooking

I usually cook most of the time. but the Mr makes some mean chili, stir fry, grills a mean ass steak too.. he also helps with laundry, cleaning the house and so on.. he helps with everything. not just the cooking. :wink:

I grab a bunch of Assorted Pork Chops, brown them in a skillet with a thin layer of vegetable oil, and spread them out in an aluminum foil pan. I take an onion and slice it up and stir it in with 2 cans of Carnation milk, 2 cans of Campbell's Cream Of Chicken and about a half cup of milk. I pour that over the pork chops and put them in the oven at 375 degrees for at least 45 minutes, basting them every 15 minutes or so. Salt and Pepper and they are ready to go...

Mardonzi is the Great cook in our house.. I am the basic chicken, pork, beef person.. and then Don is the one who whips up the Prime Rib.......YUMMY
Chicken enchiladas, Eggs Benedict etc.. he loves to create things.. so yes.. I do the clean up when he cooks! :D
But I have to admit.. I can make up a really mean batch of BBQ Ribs.. melt in your mouth!

I do all the Grilling and my chic does the sides. We grill almost every night. My favorites are:
Ribeye, Filet or Tri Tip maranade with a little Werschester, A1, and various spices.
Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers with some butter and seasoning cooked on the grill.
Garlic Mashed, corn and Salad!
Sometimes a little Sea Bass in a tin foil boat on the grill with butter, lots of lemon, garlic and various seasonings.
