Flatbottom boat for sale cheap

I found this for sale and I talked to the guy. He doesn't know what kind it is, he bought it off of a friend. No paperwork. Tandem axle trailer, boat is all together minus motor. Has casale v-drive, bell housing, drive shaft, prop, gauges, seats, everything and the boat is in excellent shape. Everything is polished and the gel looks great. He wants $1000obo to tow it off. He said that is what he paid for it and I personally think that he would take around $800. I believe his name is Henry. He has a bill of sale from the guy he bought it from and he will give the same. Also has cavitation plates and all the pedals and he says everything works great. I guess it is just ready for a motor.

Around here old v-drives go for way too much $$. Usually something that's a total project the seller wants at least $1500. You guys on the west coast have alot more to choose from. :cry:

I have a rudder from a Cole flatty. It is yours if you pick it up or pay shipping. It is from a box of parts from a former drag boat "Spooky" that I got from a guy. Also have some v-drive mounts, brackets, turnbuckles etc.

Just kidding, answered the PM. The brackets, etc, are anodized gold, I am sure you can strip and re-ano or just powder if you can use them. Never let old boat parts go to waste, someone out there is in need of them. Do you want the whole kabewdle?
