It's hard to prove a case on all circumstancial evidence.

The evidence in the Blake case was way, way "thinner" than the Peterson case. No parallel at all. Neither did it have so much evidence as the OJ case. Most of the Blake prosecution's case seemed to be to druggy <sp> ex-stuntmen that had axes to grind. What else was there? No residue on Blake's clothing or hands. No witnesses. No tie to the murder weapon. Two druggies.
He may have done it and if he did he did it well enough to create doubt. Now wait until the Fed's come in on a civil rights case and charge him again. Or her relatives sue him in civil court for her death a la OJ.

Somebody had to have shot her, maybe OJ and Blake can search the local golf courses for the real killer.

OJ's alabi was at least plauseable (although BS IMHO). Blakes had more holes in it than a Collander...

This case would have never made it to trial in Canada. It had more holes in it than the MJ trial.
The problem with the American Justice system is that you can become famous and rich just being involved with a celebrity trial. Up here we look on all lawyers with distain, and would'nt buy any book they wrote.
