"Spam" Motor for sale

[Hustler]

Well most of you know the motor that I have in the Hustler but heres a few details that I know of off the top of my head.
396" BBC 40 over
Isky hydrolic jet boat cam ( not sure of the numbers)
shot peened rods with arp bolts
049 heads ( I think)
Edlebrock Performer RPM airgap manifold
compression is just a little over 10.25
850 Holley
MSD ignition
Dooley 10qrt pan
the motor only has about 6 river trips since it was gone through by Burbank Speed last june
I'm selling this motor pretty much turn key except for the starter and the alternator

And at that price, it should go fast! If anyone knows how Joe uses his boat at the river, you know that this should be a "no fuss" kinda deal. Anytime I've been to the river with Joe, his boat has always fired right up and runs strong for the size of boat that it pushes. Anyone lookin for a BBC for their project, should take a peek at this deal.

somebody buy this thing already. There are more than a couple blown up motors out there right now that need replacing. Pop this one in, wire up the starter and alternator and enjoy your boat.
If nobody bites here Joe, throw it in the recycler. You'll probably get some calls from there. Good Luck tomorrow.

Joe, I thought I had a pic of your mill somewhere, but I can't find it. For anyone thinking about this one, Joe is good on maintenance, uses only the best parts/oil/etc and this thing runs way better than most 454's. This would be a great way to get away from your Olds!
