I was told to exit at Quartsite and take some road that says "Parker". Then to Lake Havasu Hwy 95 and drive all through Havasu City to Interstate 40 West toward Needles, then exit E. Broadway and make a Right...
Mind you all, I a have never driven this far by myself let alone with my one year old little girl.
I am a bit nervous, no...I am freaking out here! Help! I am scared.

Here ya go:
Take the 303 north (Cotton Ln off the I-10) to the 60 North/West (Grand Ave). There is no interchange at the 303/60 yet so she has to look out for the exit. It is easy to miss if you are not paying attention.
Stay on the 60 for about 30-40 minutes to Wickenburg. In Wickenburg she will catch the 93 North/West. Tell her to make a right at the signal past McDonalds. Also tell her to watch for radar traps in Wickenburg and Wikieup on the 93.
She will then take the 93 all the way to the 40 (about 2 hours). There she will take the 40 West to Needles. In Needles she will catch the 95 to BHC. It should take her about 3 1/2 to 4 hours max.

Jackie, my wife's parents are in Kingman and she does this drive on a regular basis. I can tell you that both the ways to BHC are 2-lanes for part of the way and can be dangerous like Rice Road. Just be sure you are paying attention to oncoming drivers who may be passing. There is a lot of traffic and DPS (cops) on this route so you will be safe. Its the main way to Vegas from Phoenix. No worries.

That should work. I drive that a couple times a year on the way to Vegas. Good road, some construction, but well traveled and lots of cops between Phoenix and I40.
One other option, instead of going all the way to Needles on I40, follow the signs to Laughlin from Kingman. I can't remember the Highway #'s, but there's freaking signs everywhere.
