I've got a '05 F350 with a 3 inch on it,, and I'm running 37's on it. I get a rub on the rear fender well on the drivers side when I turn full right,, thats easy to fix though,, move a mounting bolt for the fenderwell to another hole and shift it back an inch...
On a different note,, I tried to post a pic of it on here,, but this me, pictures, and this site just don't seem to get along,,,

I don't think there is a big enough difference to warrant the hassle and problems to warrant going bigger. Why even worry about rub, gearing, speedo problems, etc. It looks great, stay with what you've got.

Some of us actually DO use our 4wd trucks off road (note Deez's pic) and that extra couple of inches of ground clearance can definately make the difference between getting high centered or continuing down the road/trail....

It pretty much looks the same, I'd keep it the way it is. Plus if you have the V10 like me the gas mileage really sucks. I've got a 6 in. w/ 35's
