Its hard to tell the difference due to the different angles. Im going w/35's on my 05 probably next week. Are those the stock rims?

Yes, diesel so I dont have to worry about gears. Im going to use Outlaw Offroad with the donahoe 4.5''. They say in their add $1600 installed.
Which lift is on yours?

Mine is the Donahoe 3" lleveling kit. But when they did the kit it brought the nose up higher so we added a 1" block to the rear which leveled it out nice. Outlaw is pretty good they did my front grill and did a very nice job. If yours is the diesel you will have no problems with power. Allthough my neighbor has a f-350 diesel and went with 35's and he said he did notice a little loss of power not much, but said if he was towing all the time he would regear.

On your guys leveling kits I just bought a Fabtech 3.5 leveling kit it is the kit that uses the stock front springs but came with the lower hangers ect and new crosmember .Mine is a 04 FX4 350 and came stock with a 4 inch block in the back you think it will need any thing in the back?I know some come with 2 inch and some with 4 inch blocks.
I was going to run the MT claws 305 75 R16 witch would be a 33 inch tire.
Also for the price of the Fabtech kit I could have bought a 6.5 inch kit for about 300 more :(

My neighbor has the Fab tec kit on his f-350 and it came out nice perfectly level, he also has the 4 inch blocks in the rear. He is running 35 inch tires on his. He was a little disapointed on the kit because he said the parts were a little cheap compared to the Donahoe kit. Yes the kit drops the spring hanger so it dosent effect the ride, all 250s come with the 2 inch block 350s 4 inch so you should be fine with that kit, as far as 33 inch tires it might look a little small, not sure If I really like the look of mine with the 295/75/16 33.5 also step up and get good quality shocks you will be much happier post some pics when your done :D

its still hard to tell the difference. If you could take the pics from the same spot (the truck same spot) it would be easier to tell. I personally like the looks of bigger tires on f-250s because the trucks are so big. So my opinion would be the 35's.

It came with shocks for the front and back.
The parts don't look cheap but then agine I have never seen the parts your kit came with. They for sure look stronger than the stock stuff .The only thing I thought looked kinda so so was the back shackel bracket drop down pice.
I can't tell the difference the pics either.

Very nice Hystrung looks great I might go bigger someday but with the v-10 didnt really want to kill the power or the fuel, I too have 3.73. should have got the 4.10 Next time for sure. Right now I think I will save to get the correct rim like a 8 inch is whats recomended over the factory 7 inch that might pull the tire out some more.

Well I checked out the site their kit was 50 bucks cheaper than the Fabtech kit I bought.
Not trying to argue but from the pic of the 3 inch leveling kit I saw it truely did not look as nice as the fabtech kit I have.the cross bar was like a thin pice of metal with side flat metal to hold it on.the fabtech kit has a squar type of crosmember with flat metal to hold it on and is a 3.5 kit.
One thing I did like was the back of the spring shackels. In my kit you have to move the whole pice down with their bracket kinda of a pain but could get more lift with a shackel to.
Allso the front shackel brackets in the fabtech kit look as strong or stronger being mine have a round and two pices of metal bracing welded on the out side.
It did not show any shocks so can't comment on that.
Mabey it was a bad pic you tell me if it sounds off.

I just did the 3" Edge lift with a 1" taller block in the back (f 250) and I really like the way it looks. I think the 35" BFG's fill in the wheel wells nicely and they ride very smooth along with the Donahoe shocks. I get some rubbing turning to full lock but it is from the tires hitting the springs. I am going to make a spacer to limit the lock to lock turning so I dont have to hear it rub. A wheel with more backspacing would fix that but I am cheap and like the look of the stock wheels. I also have the v-10 and was lucky enough to find one with a LSD and 430 gears when I was shopping used. I will give my towing response update after this weekend. With 373's I would only put on the 295's unless you want to regear.
Can you guess why I like the look of your truck?

Looks real good, why dont you get the proper wheel to avoid the rubbing. I am sticking with the 295's for now untill I get a 8 inch wheel like the mickey thompsons. and then maybe 35's and 4.10's again great looking truck :D Yes i can guess why and I dont blame you ;)

You guys never answered any of my questions about the Donahoe lift you talk so much of.Do you have a pic of the shocks the kit come with.
I finaly got around to putting the FABTECH 3.5 kit on mine took me by my self from 9 to about 4 ish all hand tools no air tools.Wasent real easy but not real hard either.
It is nice and even with the 4 inch block in the back it all most looks like the front is a tad higher.Since it came with a new cross bar and hangers it really cleaned up all the stock ugly ness up front it is all so powder coated blue not a great color at least my truck is blue.
Next will be some 33s I would love to lift it like 8 inches but it is my work truck.

cc322 I will take some pics and try to get them up in the next few days.
Mine is a standred cab long bed not a 4 door like you guys have.It is the best Truck I have bought rides rough as hell but it is a 350.
When you guys lift them 6 inches are you getting a longer trackbar or relocater kit for it.Mine is to the point that there is no way to take it higher with out one of thoes 2 things.
Thought I might do another 2 inches or so down the road who knows.
