If i'm not mistaken, it was Bob Schuster who built Tahiti boats. The manufacturing plate on my 74 18' Tahiti lists Schuster as manufacturer as well as a reference to Bell Industries. Check the hull id#. If it starts with TAH its a Tahiti. By the way, what year is it?

Old suquirt is correct. A buddie has a '70 16'er. We used to take it out in the ocean and jump the swells and get scary, scary air. That boat has had the snot kicked out of it by him for over 13 years. He still has it and is still beating it to death.
