It went good other then it was cold as sh*t. I got 11.5 hr of break in time on her now only 8.5 to go.

What motor???/ 11.5 hours seems about 1.5 past break in.... :wink:
Manual (at least mine) says 20 hours of break-in. Some say the motors are broken in before they hit the boat. I choose to go 20 hours.
And, I've heard from a few that the motor should perform better after around 20 hours due to everything seating and such.
Great boat!!! Nothing wrong with Lavey!!!!!

Congrats bud.... 20hrs is what they say, then u can run it wide upen.... first 10 hrs stay under 4,000 rpms..... 11-20hrs to 5,000 rpms....
enjoy... we are still under 10hrs on our new boat.... but that will be changing real soon...

What a BEAUT!!!! Congrats!! 1st boat, or recent upgrade?? What is it? Lavey...23?24? We have a Cheetah, upgraded last year from a 19 ft Jet boat. It looks alot like yours...body style. LOVE IT!!! CONGRATS!!! :D
