Look in your local Yellow pages for a plastics place that sells to the public.Make a wood pattren of the curve in the deck and take a heat gun and heat(bend) the plastic around it then bolt it on .
I know at my local plastics place it is about 100 bucks if it is a color they happen to have it not it will be alot more to order it in.They usualy have smoked in a few darknesses to chose from.Allso have them flame melt the top so it will be smooth.dont go any thiner than 1/4 inch.

NN, The compound radius is the tough part.....The local shops around here only heat and bend @ 90* angles. Jake is correct, you'll have to copy the corner radius out of wood and mold to that. The aluminum might be a little easier and you can bend it somewhere close.....Just my .03, Doug
