Lake Mead and Noise....

Has anyone been hasseled at Lake Mead for noise this year? We'll be heading up there in June. I think I'll be ok with db's, just wondering how strict they're going to be.

season opener for "us" this weekend out there. didn't see any rangers, but plenty of boats that could be candidates for a db meter

I was there all weekend, Launched at Hemmingway (by the new las vegas bay) and was not hassled. I have a 500hp with no mufflers. The ranger was at the dock yesterday when I came back in and he did not even look at me.

I have launched out of Lake Mead Marina 4 times this past month and haven't seen a ranger yet. I think there more concerned about drunks and registration than noise.

Nothing to report from the east end of the lake.
I think its going to be business as ususl, unless you do something to piss off the rangers.
